We are all in the same boat, reaching success depends entirely from the joint work of yours

There may be a lot of Growth related contributions scenarios that we might not be always able to directly track with a dedicated chat
For that reason we have a dedicated place #✒️│contrib-reports allowing you to send your self reports of contribution

But for occasional specific contributions you can just type that on chat

This way you can ensure 100% that any of your contribution is being affectively tracked and rewarded

When your self-reported contribution has been acknowledged from us, a Core Team member will react with the "✅" Emoji

But a second important engine is the Core Team

Core Team is composed by the most important Committed, Trusted, and Coordinated contributors on the project

All of these 3 points are essentials to be part of the Core Team:

  • Commitment: Work actively with the rest of the Team to bring Orivon forward
  • Trust: Built with time, trust is required for official and management roles at Orivon, and this is so valuable to us
  • Coordinated: Same basic mindset, timetables compatibility, are usually important things to compose a strong Core Team

Partnership​

Partnerships are an alternative way to 'join' the Core Team
It doesn't require the committed,trusted,coordinated triage that joining the Core Team requires

But still it gives you privileged direct access to the Core Team discussions

Partnerships are more about long term results
These can be tracked with suited systems in addition to the self-reports and by ourselves directly

You are usually eligible for a Partnership with Orivon when you have particulars 'Elite Roles'

Some examples:

  • You are a KOL
  • Fundraiser
  • Investor

  • Founder/Co-Founder/Partnership Manager of another project
